Returns & Exchanges
All returns are subjected to the following conditions:
- Custom order(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be restocked. All custom sales are final.
- Returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment to be accepted.
- Used items or items damaged after use will not be accepted. If you receive an item from us that is damaged, contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will assume that any damage occurred while the item was in your possession, and the item will be non-returnable.
- Returns will be accepted for any reason (except for helmets, custom, or personalized items).
Helmets are not returnable for any reason.
- Email Info@PY2.store to start your return or exchange. Include your order number. If you ordered multiple items, please indicate which items you would like to return.
Items other than custom can be exchanged and reshipped for free. Return shipping is not refundable. COD’s will not be accepted.
We try very hard to keep our inventory accurate on the website. If for some reason your item is back ordered, you will be notified by phone or email.
PY2.Store uses USPS for domestic orders and UPS for international shipping. Domestic orders ship for flat fee, while UPS prices are calculated based on package weight and customer location.
Personally Yours II, LLC offers domestic standard shipping on select products.

Delivery process and schedule
At the time of placing a custom order a date will be assigned; any delays will be communicated. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. However, please allow up to 7 business days to process shipping requests. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a more detailed estimated delivery time.
Please note, before processing and dispatching your purchases, we must confirm your credit card information with your card issuer. On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks or verifications of your billing or shipping address or card information. This may cause you to experience delays in your order.
Personally Yours II, LLC is not responsible for weather-related shipping delays.
**Please note, all delivery times are only guidelines. Personally Yours II, LLC does not consider an order to be overdue until a week after the specified delivery date has passed.
We offer shipping to the following locations:
- Continental United States: Items shipped within the continental United States, including P.O. Box addresses, should arrive within 7 business days after the order has been shipped depending on the destination. Most items will be shipped USPS first class package (typically arriving within 7 days).
- Hawaii and Alaska: Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take additional time to arrive after the order has been shipped. Please contact us directly for deliveries to these locations.
- Other International Locations and U.S. Territories: PY2.Store ships internationally and rates based on package weight and location. Please contact info@PY2.Store for more information.
We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Items – Personally Yours II, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please ensure your order shows the correct address and packages are not left on your porch. If an item is lost or stolen, contact us and we can submit a claim with USPS. Please be aware, the process takes several weeks, and most claims are refused. USPS does not issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered in their tracking system. If you prefer to have a package delivered with signature confirmation, or through a different carrier, please contact Info@PY2.Store.
